Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics provides logistics and supply chain management services, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and related solutions. The specifics of the services will be agreed upon between Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics and the client in a separate contract.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their shipment, including but not limited to the nature of the goods, packaging, weight, and dimensions. The client is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Pricing for services provided by Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics will be agreed upon with the client and specified in the contract or quotation. Payment terms and conditions will also be outlined in the agreement. In case of any discrepancies, the terms agreed upon in the contract shall prevail.
Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods. However, we do not assume liability for any loss, damage, or delay unless caused by our proven negligence. It is the client's responsibility to adequately insure their goods against any potential risks during transit.
Both Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics and the client shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, pricing details, and trade secrets.
Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the provision of services if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Any termination shall not relieve the parties of their obligations incurred before the termination date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aggarwal Packers Movers and Logistics is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
